Enhancement Request Form

Please let us know about any MODIFICATION or ENHANCEMENT requests for AIRS by using the following form. Each request will be reviewed by Vida Behn Chernoff and if approved, she will forward your enhancement request to our software developers for programming. We are always looking for ways to improve the software, so keep your suggestions coming!

If you wish to report a bug, please go to http://support.defran.com (agency login and password required) or email SUPPORTAIRS@defran.com. Defran requests that you set up an user account to report any bugs in their support tracker system so that each bug report can be reported and tracked. E-mail Defran for an user login and password if you do not have an account.

Description of requested change or error: Please include location in system and content of change for Mod Requests. If reporting an error, note Operating Systems (e.g. Windows XP, Vista, etc.), other software running and the exact nature of error and what actions led to the error, and whether installation is standalone or network. If network, note network OS (e,g, Novell, Windows NT, etc.)
